Combine 304 stainless steel and cast iron for the best heat distribution. The cast iron plate absorbs the heat then transfers it to the stainless steel cooking surface allowing for perfect heat distribution throughout the surface, therefore reducing energy consumption and, creating a perfect cooking surface.
